1. Cold running in
Cold running in can be divided into two steps: non compression running in and compression running in. When non compression cold running in, remove the fuel injector; During compression cold running in, the fuel injector or pressure reducing structure shall be installed.
During cold running in, the engine of the automatic feeding mixer truck shall be driven by external force. There shall be no diesel supply in the whole process. In addition, the oil pressure shall be observed at any time to check whether there is lubricating oil flow in the valve chamber. At the same time, the water temperature shall be controlled at 40 ℃, and pay attention to whether there is abnormal sound in all parts. If there is any, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting. After cold running in, drain the running in oil and clean the whole lubricating oil pipeline system.
2. No load thermal running in
Add enough clean running in oil to the engine oil pan of the automatic feeding mixer truck, check and adjust the valve clearance and oil supply advance angle, discharge the air in the fuel system, then start the engine, increase the engine speed when the water temperature of the cooling system reaches above 40 ℃, and pay attention to the operation of each cylinder of the engine at any time.
3. Load thermal running in
Stabilize the engine speed, slowly increase the load, continue to operate for one and a half hours, check whether there is oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage and other phenomena at all parts, whether the water temperature and oil pressure are normal, and whether the engine of the automatic feeding mixer truck has abnormal noise or abnormality. If there is, shut down the engine in time for troubleshooting. After the hot running in of the engine of the automatic feeding mixer truck is completed, the valve clearance shall be checked and adjusted again. After the engine temperature is reduced, tighten the cylinder head nut according to the specified torque.
4. Optimization and adjustment
Ensure the correct valve timing of the diesel engine, regularly check the valve clearance, and pay attention to inserting a thickness gauge along the rocker arm during measurement. Only by correctly adjusting the valve clearance can the cylinder be filled with fresh air, exhaust gas and reduce valve carbon deposition.
The running in period is a very important period for ensuring the running state of the vehicle, prolonging the service life of the vehicle and eliminating hidden troubles, especially for the automatic feeding mixer with large load. If the normal operation is carried out directly during the running in period, it is easy to lead to various faults of various components of the vehicle due to poor running in, affecting the operation of the vehicle.
